Mrinal Roy is a Director in the company and spear heading the Strategy and Business Development in the Company. He brings over three decades of senior leadership experience from Britannia, DHL, Airtel, Tata Telecom. He has exceptional operation experience across India, Russia, Africa and CIS markets. He has done his B.Tech and MBA from XLRI. He is passionate about creating systems and building a high-performance team and is a recognized mentor.

M.K. Aggawarl is the Director in the company and heads the finance Department of the company since 2014. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He previously worked at Phoenix Lamps Ltd as General Manager Finance.

Richie Mittal is a Director in the company and guides the company for sustainability. He brings over 41 years of senior leadership experience in energy efficiency. He has done his B.Tech and M.Tech from Delhi College of Engineering. He is passionate about renewable energy like Geothermal, wind and solar. He was the National President of ISHRAE and current is the National Secretary. He is also on the Board of Director of Indoor Air Quality Association.

Ritu Mittal is a Director of our company. She hold a M.Sc and M.Phil in Mathematics from IIT- Roorkee. She has over 31 years of administrative and teaching experience at premium Education Institutions in India and overseas.

R.K. Sharma is Vice President R&D at Overdrive. He leads the pipeline for new product development and is instrumental in creating sustainable and novel products with improved quality and consistency. He holds a B.E Degree and M.Tech in Electronics. He has deep understanding of lighting electronics and is involved in pioneering research and designing of energy efficient and reliable lighting electronics for over 36 years. He has worked as GM R&D, VP R&D, Senior VP R&D positions in various reputed lighting and component industry in India. He was instrumental in designing reliable electronics and reliable solution for tough Indian conditions.

Sangeet Jain is Vice President of Production and Automation at Overdrive. He holds a B.E Degree in Mechanical and has excellent skill on lighting production machine designing and fabrication. He has experience of over 31 years in lighting industry. He brings leadership experience from various lighting companies from India and overseas such as GALUX, Fluxlite, HPL and ECE.

Sanjeev Gupta is General Manager in our company. He leads the Supply Chain and Operations. He holds a B.E Degree in mechanical engineering. He has over 31 years of experience in Lighting Industry and Project Management. He brings with him leadership experience from various lighting companies Phoenix Lamps, GALUX and project management experience at Cushman & Wakefield.

Vipin Sharma is General Manager in our company. He leads the quality and production in our company. He holds a B.E Degree in Electronics and has exceptional experience in quality and production. He brings with him over two decades of in lighting industry. He brings with him leadership experience from various lighting companies NTL Electronics, Arclite, Phoenix Lamps. His last position was as Factory Head at NTL Electronics where he was managing a work force of over 2000 people.
